Tom’s Feast are putting on a charity banquet in conjunction with Bristol Food Connections and the BBC on the 1st May, on College Green, Bristol. We will be serving dishes to 150 guests, created by top chefs Tom Hunt, Giorgio Locatelli, Thomasina Miers and Paula McIntyre, using ingredients from Slow Food’s “Ark of Taste” project, which endeavours to preserve heritage foods which may otherwise become extinct.
Leading up to the event BBC Radio 4 Food Program are running a series promoting the Ark of Taste
We are looking for supporters to get involved in this unique experience on 1st May, both in the kitchen and front-of-house.
